Standard Local and International shipping
At this time, delivers to Singapore residential and commercial addresses is FREE.  Delivery to overseas is based on either FedEx or DHL International priority rate.  We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  Please call or email our customer service personnel if you think there is an error.   Regret that there are certain countries are not covered by FedEx or DHL courier for health food supplement.

Shipping to Indonesia via special courier service, door to door, freight collectible (payable) at destination. Courier service provided by a Singapore courier company direct to Indonesia residential or commercial addresses in Jakarta as follows:

Jakarta AIR Express, 3-5 days at S$12 or Rupiah 80,000 per kg (estimated).

Jakarta AIR Normal, 7-10days at S$7 or Rupiah  50,000 per kg (estimated).

Jakarta SEA LCL, 15-20 days at S$2.85 or Rupiah 20,000 per kg (estimated).

Subject to Jakarta, Indonesia custom condition.  We will advise you when shipment is commenced and completed.  This is a secured delivery service carried by hand, door to door.

For Philippines, we are using special courier service provided by Singapore local courier direct to Manila and other major cities.  Please call or email for quotation before you place an order.

For your security and peace of mind, Green Link Global Enterprise Ltd. requests recipient’s ID and signature when attempting to make delivery for both Standard and International shipments. Should the recipient be unreachable during the first delivery attempt, we will leave a note and reschedule a second delivery. Should the second delivery fail, the order will be returned to Green Link Global Enterprise Ltd. and the amount of the order, less shipping fees (S$20 for local delivery fee), will be refunded to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive by 6:00 pm on the same business day (M-F, not including holidays) if they are placed before 12 noon. For orders placed after 12 noon, they will typically arrive by 6:00 pm the following business day, not including holidays.
