• Please enclose a copy of the invoice along with the product.
• The product packaging must be in new and undamaged condition. If the product has been used, the remaining content are not returnable.
• Refund will be made to the same credit card or mode of payment the order was placed with. Note that shipping fees paid, if any, are not refunded.
