I worked as a professional in international accounting firms, and law firms after my graduation in 1989. I am one of those Singaporean who love to enjoy eating great delicous food all around the beautiful island. My weight has since gone up from 76kg to 101 kg, 42 inches waist length in 2001. My health condition deplicted and not knowing that I was building a “time bomb” quietly. During the worst time in1990-2001, I visited my GP almost every month for I easliy got cough and flu.
